Participants made three-dimensional heads. modeled on a photo of a friend or family member using oil paints, the same ones Kimura often works with. The faces were made atop a 10cm square base of wood. Similar to Kimura’s works, the oil paint began to seep into and spread across the base as the paint dried over a few hours.
