日本画で使われる技法の一つであり、三瀬さんが新作でも用いている水墨画の技法と、日本のマンガの表現方法は、実は共通する部分があります。このワークショップでは、水墨でマンガの摸写に挑戦します。

Often used in Japanese-style painting (Nihonga) and also in MISE’s newest work, ink painting techniques have had a surprising influence on the mode of expression in Japanese manga. In this workshop, participants will copy a manga using ink.
