オフサイトおよび身体性に根ざした方法論を軸に活動するインディペンデント・キュレーターである。キュレトリアル・プロセスが、地域に根ざした知識体系や社会生態学、オルタナティブな認識論といかに関わり合うかを探究している。彼女のプロジェクトの多くは、廃工場や軍事施設、寺院、歴史的鉱山、先住民族の山間地域など、非慣例的な場所で展開される。こうした場において見過ごされてきた、あるいは十分に語られてこなかった地域の物語を掘り起こすため、地域コミュニティや分野を越えた実践者との長期的な協働を中核に据える。
リンは、キュレーションを「表象」のためではなく、「知識を生み出すためのプラットフォーム」として捉え、物質性、ランドスケープ、そして場所に根ざした実践が文化的な物語の形成において果たす役割に着目する。分野横断的な実験を通じて、展覧会を対話、フィールドリサーチ、コレクティブラーニングが絶えず変化し続けるプロセスとして位置づけている。また、キュラトリアルな枠組みが、アートの実践、コミュニティの知、そして生態学的な文脈を結びつける関係性のインフラストラクチャーとしてどのように機能しうるかを探求している。
主なキュレトリアル・プロジェクトに、「Austronesian Triennial 2027」、「第18回ジョグジャ・ビエンナーレ『KAWRUH – Land of Rooted Practices』（2025）」、「Sleepless in Stone」（2024）、ポンピドゥー・センター・メスで開催された「You and I Live on Different Planets」（2022、Bruno Latour、Martin Guinard-Terrinとの共同キュレーション）、「台北ビエンナーレ2020–21 パブリック・プログラム」、「Matsu Biennial 2022 – Underground Matters」、「Hidden South」（2018）、「The Upcoming Past」（2019）などがある。現在は、mt.project のディレクターを務めている。
Eva Lin is an independent curator whose practice focuses on off-site and embodied methodologies, examining how curatorial processes engage local knowledge systems, social ecologies, and alternative epistemologies. Her projects frequently unfold in unconventional space—including abandoned industrial sites, military infrastructures, temples, historic mines, and Indigenous mountain communities—where long-term collaboration with local communities and cross-disciplinary practitioners forms a central part of her working method, enabling the uncovering of overlooked or underrepresented local narratives.
Lin approaches curatorial practice as a platform for knowledge production rather than representation, investigating the relational roles of materiality, landscape, and situated practices in the formation of cultural narratives. Through interdisciplinary experimentation, she positions exhibitions as evolving processes of dialogue, field research, and collective learning, exploring how curatorial frameworks can operate as relational infrastructures that connect artistic practice, community knowledge, and ecological contexts.
Her curatorial projects include the Austronesian Triennial 2027, 18th Biennale Jogja KAWRUH- Land of Rooted Practices (2025), Sleepless in Stone (2024), You and I Live on Different Planets at Centre Pompidou-Metz (2022, co-curated with Bruno Latour and Martin Guinard-Terrin), the Taipei Biennial 2020–21 Public Program, Matsu Biennial 2022 – Underground Matters, Hidden South (2018), The Upcoming Past (2019). She is currently the Director of mt.project.
