埼玉生まれ、青森拠点。情報科学芸術大学院大学 [IAMAS]卒業。コンセプチュアルパフォーマンス・アーティスト、リサーチャーであり、自身をポスト・インターネット時代のベンダー（Bender）と称する。AmazonやYouTubeなど既存のシステムを用いながら、それら回路の秩序を変容させてしまうようなアプローチを行い、日常生活に浸透する価値観や与えられた使用法に問いを投げかけている。主な展覧会やプロジェクトに、2020年〜「TRANS BOOKS DOWNLOADs」（オンライン）、2019年「SICF19 Winners Exhibition」（スパイラルホール、東京）など。デザイナー清水都花との「凡人ユニット」としても活動。

Born in Saitama, now based in Aomori, Japan. UCHIDA graduated from the Institute of Advanced Media Arts and Sciences [IAMAS]. Uchida is a conceptual performance artist and researcher who calls herself a “Bender” for the post-Internet era. She uses existing systems such as Amazon and YouTube in an approach that transforms the order of these circuits and questions the values and given usages that permeate our daily lives. Her major exhibitions and projects include “TRANS BOOKS DOWNLOADs” (online) from 2020 and “SICF19 Winners Exhibition” (Spiral Hall, Tokyo) in 2019. She also works as an “ordinary person unit” with designer SHIMIZU Hiroka.
