写真家・小説家である清水裕貴さんをお招きし、「働きながら表現者として生きる」というテーマでこれまでのご活動についてお話しいただきます。

清水さんは仕事をしながらも、ギャラリー・美術館での展示やプロジェクト、また小説の執筆など幅広く表現活動を行ってきました。こうした清水さんのキャリアについてお話しいただくと共に、写真と言葉が織りなす写真集『岸』（2023年、赤々舎）の制作秘話や、清水さんが影響を受けた作品や本などもご紹介いただきます。

国際芸術センター青森(ACAC)では、2026年度から2027年度にかけて行われる「ランド＆ラーニング」で清水さんを招へいし、さまざまな企画を実施しています。本プログラムはAomori Contemporary Photography Club（ACPC）との共催で開催します。

〇ACPCについて
2021年に写真家・美術家の松本美枝子さんがACACで滞在制作中に行ったワークショップ・プロジェクト《ACACの写真部》に参加したメンバーが自主的に組織した市民団体です。写真を中心とする映像表現を通じて、市民が自由に楽しみ、学び、交流する文化的な場を継続的に育んでいます。

We are pleased to welcome photographer and author SHIMIZU Yuki for a talk on the theme “Living as an Artist While Working,” where she will discuss her activities to date.

While working, Shimizu has pursued a wide range of creative activities, including exhibitions and projects at galleries and museums, as well as writing fiction. In addition to speaking about her career, she will share behind-the-scenes stories about the making of Shore (Akaaka Art Publishing, 2023), a photobook in which photographs and words are interwoven, and introduce works and books that have influenced her.

Aomori Contemporary Art Centre (ACAC) has invited Shimizu to take part in “Land & Learning,” a program running from fiscal year 2026 to 2027, and is organizing a variety of projects with her. This program is co-organized with the Aomori Contemporary Photography Club (ACPC).

〇 About ACPC
ACPC is a citizen group voluntarily organized by members who took part in Aomori Contemporary Photo Club (ACACの写真部), a workshop project led in 2021 by photographer and artist MATSUMOTO Mieko during her residency at ACAC. Through photography-centered visual expression, the group continues to nurture a cultural space where citizens can freely enjoy, learn, and interact.
