板津悟ワークショップ「八甲田山、積層する地図」

32分割で大きく刷られた「八甲田山地図」（応急修正版、1953年）の上に、ワークショップの参加者が描いた絵を刷り重ねて、リトグラフの摺師である板津とアーティストである参加者とのコラボレーション作品をつくります。リトグラフは少し複雑な技法ですが、ステップごとに進めるので未経験の方でも大丈夫です。絵のサイズは30×40cm。制作されたリトグラフは、会期中に展示されます。
日時：2022年8月20日（土）、21日（日）10:30-17:30（1日完結ワークショップ）
会場：創作棟ワークショップスタジオ、銅板画室
持ち物：昼食、エプロンもしくは汚れてもよい服装
対象：小学校5年生以上

板津 悟ITAZU Satorumore
摺師（プリンター）。板津石版画工房（イタヅ・リトグラフィック）主宰。タマリンド・リトグラフ研究所（ニューメキシコ大学）でリトグラフを学ぶ。一般印刷に用いられていた石版印刷の版画としての美術表現の可能性を探究し、アーティストとのコラボレーションで魅力的な作品制作を行う。主な展覧会に「版画工房の仕事『Footprints』」（カスヤの森現代美術館、2016年）など。
On the large 32-part “Map of Mt. Hakkoda” (Emergency Corrected Edition, 1953) which was printed in a large format, the workshop participants will print their drawings on it to create a collaborative work between Itazu, a lithographer and the participants as artists. The lithograph is a slightly complicated technique, but it is possible to even for those with no experience as the workshop will proceed step by step. The works will be exhibited during the exhibition.
Date: August 20 (Sat) and 21 (Sun), 2022, 10:30-17:30 (one-day workshop)
Venue: Workshop Studio and Printing Room in the Creative Hall

Target: 5th grade elementary school students and up

ITAZU Satorumore
Itazu is a printer and the president of Itazu Litho-Ggrafik. He studied lithography at the Tamarind Institute (University of New Mexico). Itazu explores the possibilities of artistic printmaking expression in lithography that was used for general printing, and collaborates with artists to create fascinating artworks. His major exhibitions include “Footprints” (Museum Haus Kasuya, 2016).
