後期のオープニングに合わせ、本展のために2-3ヶ月の滞在制作を行ったRobin WHITE（ロビン・ホワイト）とJumana Emil ABBOUD（ジュマナ・エミル・アブード）をはじめとするアーティストによる、自身の制作や活動、青森での滞在制作や新作に関するトークを行います。逐次通訳あり。

ロビン・ホワイトRobin WHITEmore
1946年ニュージーランドのテ・プケ生まれ。画家としてキャリアを積んだ後、1982年にニュージーランドを離れ、キリバス共和国に移住。地域の織物をする女性たちとコラボレーションを始め、現代と伝統的なアートを融合させた作品を制作した。1999年にニュージーランドに戻ってからも、先住民の知識と技術を媒介に、現代的な問題に取り組む作品を制作するため、太平洋地域の女性たちとのコラボレーションを続けている。

ジュマナ・エミル・アブードJumana Emil ABBOUDmore
パレスチナ系カナダのアーティストであるアブードの作品は、様々な媒体を架橋するものだ。水、民話、そして語りに触発されながら、世界中の文化遺産への憧れや強制退去といったテーマを扱っている。現在はエルサレムとロンドンを拠点に活動する。

Robin WHITEmore
Born in 1946 in Te Puke, New Zealand, White developed a career as a painter until, in 1982, she left New Zealand to live in the Republic of Kiribati where she began collaborating with local women weavers to produce works that combined contemporary and traditional art practice. Since returning to New Zealand in 1999 White continues to collaborate with Pacific women to make works that address contemporary concerns through the medium of indigenous knowledge and skills.

Jumana Emil ABBOUDmore
The work of Palestinian-Canadian artist ABBOUD bridges various mediums, and is inspired by water, folklore, and storytelling to express themes of longing and forced erasure of cultural heritage across the world. She is currently based between Jerusalem and London.
