地理学者の三浦英樹氏、人類学・解剖学を専門とする長岡朋人氏、鳥のリサーチをもとに制作を行うアーティスト・菅原果歩氏とともに、八甲田山系の自然や暮らしを巡るバスツアーを開催します。
本ツアーは、専門家のレクチャーを一方的に聞くのではなく、参加者自身が現地で観察し、対話を重ねながら、「ランド」をさまざまな切り口や時間軸から捉えていくプログラムです。
縄文時代の遺跡や、八甲田山系を形づくる特徴的な地形などを巡り、それぞれの知見を手掛かりに、一つの土地を多角的に読み解くことを試みます。
ツアーを終える頃には、八甲田の風景がこれまでとは少し違って見えてくるかもしれません。
※翌日開催の菅原果歩ワークショップ「フィールドノートを作ろう」への参加をご希望の方は、本バスツアーへの参加が必須となります。

※天候等の影響により当日行き先を変更する可能性があります。
※八甲田ロープウェー往復乗車券代として2,300円のお支払いをお願いしております。

菅原果歩SUGAWARA Kahomore
2000年秋田県生まれ。東京藝術大学大学院先端芸術表現専攻修了。鳥類への関心を起点に、鳥を軸とした環境の多層的な関係性に着目し、フィールドワークやリサーチをベースとした制作を行う。高校時代からライフワークとして鳥の観察と記録を続けている。近年の主な活動に「アートサイト名古屋城 2024」（2024、名古屋城内／愛知）、「星影のたもと、うたは渡るる」（2023、新屋NINO／秋田）、など。20…

長岡朋人NAGAOKA Tomohito
1975年青森県生まれ。京都大学大学院理学研究科修了、博士（医学）。聖マリアンナ医科大学医学部准教授を経て、現在は青森公立大学教授。人類学および解剖学を専門とし、ペルーと日本を拠点に研究活動を行う。主な研究テーマは、古代アンデスにおける社会の複雑化過程の解明と戦争の起源。近年はアンデス文明遺跡の発掘調査や古人骨調査に取り組み、人類社会の形成過程や人々の暮らしについて研究を進めている。 more
三浦英樹MIURA Hidekimore1965年北海道生まれ。東京都立大学大学院博士課程地理学専攻単位取得退学。博士（理学）。現在は青森公立大学教授。専門は地理学、地形地質学、第四紀学。これまで北海道、南極、北極、ヒマラヤなどで調査を行ってきた。近年は主に北東北を対象に、地球規模の広がりと地質学的な長い時間軸のなかで、地域の自然環境がどのように形成され、それが人々の暮らしとどのように関わってきたのかを研究している。
Together with geographer MIURA Hideki, anthropologist and anatomist NAGAOKA Tomohito, and artist SUGAWARA Kaho, who creates works based on her research into birds, we will hold a bus tour exploring the nature and ways of life of the Hakkoda mountain range.
Rather than simply listening to lectures by specialists, this tour invites participants to observe the landscape firsthand and engage in dialogue, exploring the “land” through diverse perspectives and across different time scales.
Visiting Jomon-period archaeological sites and distinctive geological features that shape the Hakkoda mountain range, participants will explore the multifaceted nature of a place through the insights and approaches of each specialist.
By the end of the tour, the landscape of Hakkoda may appear slightly different from the way it did before.
