LEE Yen-Hua visited Aomori Chuo High School and held the workshop on 9th November.

Her artworks are based on the similarity of the structure of the book and memory.

In this workshop, the students tried to make 1 book with 3-4 members.

First, Lee explained about her work, also how the Chinese character of “book”(本、冊） is formed by.

Then Lee showed the books which ACAC own.

What do the students choose about the paper, the bind, the cover, etc. is belong to the concept of their books.

ACAC brought some papers, but the students prepared more materials such as beads, foil, cloth.

In this day, the workshop aims to build the concept as a group, so they could not finished making their book.

And the last class, Lee taught the most easy way to bind by thread.

The students will continue working on the next day.

We are looking forward to see their book.
