FUNAI Misa’s Mobile making workshop was held on 9th November.

The mobile is same as Funai’s artworks which is the composition of colored plane in the space.

The participants select the wooden parts which shape is drawn by Funai, and paint them.

After Funai’s lecture, the participants selected 7 parts.

One is big and circled, and other 6 is small and shaped animal or plants.

Then, paint them.

Basically, paint one color for one part.

One paint separately,

One paint her bird’s face

After painting, connect each parts by the thread.

Finally, each participants showed their works.

The combination of the parts and the colors effect the image of the works, also the length of the thread decide the valance, too.

ACAC held FUNAI Misa painting workshop on 29th and 30th July.

The participants are mainly 3-10 years old children and they painted on 5m canvas with pigments. 

First, Funai explained about her artworks.

After that, choose one color and started painting.

The pigments are prepared based on red and yellow.

In the middle of time, Funai painted by the roller, and the children could notice they could paint wider and further on the canvas.

The children enjoy the mixing of the color,

Putting their hand prints,

Paint by their hands.

They looked going into the feeling of painting.

Finally, cut as circle and appreciated them together.

Then, brought the canvas and took photos.
